It is paint and water ready in just 30 min. It can be applied in extreme weather conditions - 20 to 120 deg F. Applies smoothly and easily. Cured sealant is mold-and mildew-resistant. It is low odor and VOC compliant. Meets ASTM C920, Class 35, Type S Grade NS. Interior/exterior use.
